摘要: 本文研究了激光重熔等离子体喷涂的陶瓷层。为了降低气孔率,获得好的微观结构和均匀性,减少覆盖材料的应力,提高涂层材料和基体的结合力,探讨了相间的结合机理,分析了重熔过程中出现的问题。Abstract: In this paper,an investigation of laser remelting of ceramic-spraying coating has been summarized.In order to reduce the polosity,achieve proper mi-crostructure and homogeneity, reduce the stress in the coating layer,increase the bind-ing power of the ceramic-coating layer and substrate,the combination mechanism in phases is analyzed experimentally.This technology can be widlely used as antirot and heat-resisting substances in oil engine, steam engine, etc.
