Abstract: In this paper,an IBM PC/XT computer controlled autocorrelator and datum acquisition processing system for measurements of picosecond and femtosecond pulses and dynamic processes is described. This system is applied not only to intensity autocorrelation measurement,but also to interferometric autocorrelation measurement. The temporal resolution of this system is about 0.3 fs and the sensitivity is in the scale of mocrovoltages.
