Abstract: In order to achieve the symmetrical distribution of light field,decrease the divergence of laser beam and increase output power,the visible SCH semiconductor lasers are fabricated.The dependence of laser characteristics on the structure parameters has been theoretically and experimentally studied.The optimum structure parameters are established.
