Sintering of Zr02 superionic conductor using CW CO2 laser beam

  • 摘要: 本文目的是:(1)建立模拟圆高斯光束、简单和复杂象散高斯光束传输的三维模型;(2)在普遍情况下证明复波前矩阵的转置对称性,并用数值计算证实这一性质。
    Abstract: A new method to produce ZrO2 superionic conductor has been proposed.Under the condition of nonequilibrium,using CW CO2 laser beam to sinter the speci-men of the composite of ZrO2 and stabilizing agents CaO and MgO,a few minutes after the ZrO2 superionic conductor can be obtained. The meastirement results shows that the electronic conductivity of the specimens in the range from room temperature to 1000℃ is nearly same as the products by using common methods.
