电子束泵浦的KrF激光介质的动力学过程分析

Analysis of dynamic process in e-pumped KrF laser medium

  • 摘要: 通过对由Ar,Kr,F2组成的KrF准分子激光介质在电子束激励条件下激发态的形成及驰豫等动力学过程进行研究,计算得到各种激发态的泵浦及其荧光光谱。

     

    Abstract: Based on the study of the dynamic process of excited states and relaxation of KrF molecular laser medium composed of Ar,Kr and F2, under the condition of excited with electronic beam,the pumping rates and the fluorescent spectrums have been obtained.
