射频激励平板波导-非稳腔CO2激光器的研究
Study of a RF excited CO2 laser with a planar waveguide unstable resonator

摘要: 本文报导一个横向射频激励的平板波导CO2激光器。该激光器采用虚共焦非稳腔,其波导尺寸为1.5mm×30mm×400mm,获得133W的激光输出,光电转换效率为11%,发射光束近衍射极限。Abstract: In this paper,a RF transversally excited CO2 laser with a planar wave-guide unstable resonator is presented. The size of the waveguide is 1.5mm×30mm×400mm. The output power of the laser is 133W,the opto-electronic conversion efficiency is 11% and the output beam of the near-diffraction-limited divergence has been obtained.
