摘要: 本文介绍了用YAG激光雕刻原子印章的工艺试验及其结果,着重论述了激光与原子印章材料的作用机理,分析了激光能量、重复频率、雕刻速度等参数对印章雕刻效果的影响.Abstract: In this paper,the technological experiments of the YAG laser seal carving machine are reported.The mechanism of laser interaction with permeable seal materials is studied and the effects of the laser output energy.Pulse frenquency,carving sped are also investigated.
