带导模型对BaTiO3晶体双光束耦合温度特性的理论分析

Theoretical research of band-conduction model on the temperature dependence of two-beam coupling in BaTiO3crystal

  • 摘要: 用单载流子一能级带导模型对BaTiO3晶体在830μm处双光束耦合的指数增益系数和响应时间温度特性的实验结果做了理论分析.在考虑了量子效率的温度特征后,理论能半定量地解释实验现象.

     

    Abstract: The experiment results of the temperature dependence of the gain coefficient and response time in two-beam coupling in BaTiO3 crystal at 830nm are analyzed theoretically by using the one-carrier and One-level band-conduction model.The experimental phenomena could be explained semiquantitatively by using the theory after the temperature dependence of quantum efficiency is considered.
