用衰减全反射方法研究溶液中电解

摘要: 本文叙述用衰减全反射(ATR)方法,研究Cu在CuSO4酸性溶液中的电解过程,获得电解电极的距离、电极间电压和电解液浓度对电解过程的影响,计算出在电极上电解形成的铜膜厚度和复介电常数.可以实现实时、现场测量.Abstract: This paper introduces attenuated total reflection(ATR)method to study electrolysis of Cu in CuSO4 solution.By using the method,the influences of the distance and the voltage between electrodes,and the solution concentration on the electrolysis are studied.The thickness and complex dielectric constants of deposited copper film on electrode are calculated.It's easy to realize real-time and on-site measurement.
