线能量对奥氏体不锈钢激光焊接质量的影响

Effect of heat input on welding quality of austenitic stainless steel

  • 摘要: 为了研究线能量对304奥氏体不锈钢激光焊接质量的影响,采用高功率Nd:YAG激光器及焊接机器人对304奥氏体不锈钢薄板进行了激光焊接工艺试验,并使用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、拉伸试验机等仪器重点研究了线能量对304奥氏体不锈钢激光焊接焊缝成形和力学性能的影响.结果表明,线能量对焊缝成形、显微硬度及力学性能有较大影响,接头显微硬度分布不均匀,低功率时静拉伸强度最小值为671.67MPa,高功率时静拉伸强度最小值达780MPa.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of heat input on laser welding quality of 304 austenitic stainless steel, experiments were carried out by using high power Nd:YAG laser and welding robots. Weld appearance, microhardness and mechanical properties were analyzed with an optical microscope, a microhardness tester and a tensile testing machine. Experimental results show that heat input has great influence on weld appearance, microhardness and mechanical properties. Furthermore microhardness is different in different areas. The lowest tensile strength values of laser welding are 671.67MPa at low laser power and 780MPa at high laser power.
