凸轮激光热处理控制轨迹研究

Trajectory control about laser heat treatment on a cam

  • 摘要: 为了解决凸轮激光热处理过程中热效应相等的问题,在保证激光光斑在工件曲线表面的相对扫描速率恒定、热处理过程中激光聚焦镜中心到工件轮廓表面的距离不变以及激光束始终沿工件轮廓面的法线方向入射的技术基础之上,提出了控制激光光斑匀速运动的瞬时同心异径算法。同一时刻,工件轮廓表面与等距线上对应点具有相同的圆心,通过设定的工件轮廓表面恒定扫描速度,可以反求出位于等距线上相应点激光头的速度,进而对激光头进行控制。利用MATLAB进行了仿真计算,得出了等距线上激光头的速度值。结果表明,该算法可以解决激光热处理过程中激光头的速度问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that how to keep the thermal effect constant during the procedure of laser heat treatment on a cam,a so-called algorithm,instantaneous concentric reducing tee algorithm(ICRTA) was put forward to control the laser spot moving at an uniform velocity.It can be realized under three presuppositions,i.e.,the relative speed keeps the same when laser spot scans the curved surface of the workpiece,the distance between the focused laser spot and the profile of the workpiece keeps unchanged,the laser beam is incident along the normal direction of the work piece surface all the time.The surface of the work piece contour and the corresponding points of equidistant line have the same center point at the same time.For a certain constant scan speed at the work piece contour surface,the speed of laser head at the corresponding point of equidistant line can be calculated,so that the movement of the laser head can be controlled.Simulation results with MATLAB show the algorithm is feasible.
