热处理对20#钢表面Ni-Al激光熔覆层的影响

Effect of heat treatment on Ni-Al laser cladding layer on 20# steel surface

  • 摘要: 为了分析热处理对金属间化合物激光熔覆层组织、有序化以及性能等的影响,采用X射线衍射试验和硬度试验方法,对激光熔覆层进行了理论分析和实验验证,取得了涂层金属的X射线衍射曲线图、X射线衍射物相分析结果及激光熔覆层硬度试验数据。X射线衍射实验结果显示,在激光熔覆工艺条件下形成的NiAl相实现了有序化,而Ni3Al相未实现有序化;经1000℃,4h热处理后,Ni3Al相实现了有序化,而NiAl相的有序化在热处理中得到保留;硬度试验结果显示,熔覆合金层的平均硬度为440HV,热处理后的涂层平均硬度为412HV,硬度有所下降。结果表明,热处理有利于Ni-Al金属化合物相的有序化,也可以使激光熔覆层组织缺陷消失并且应力得到释放。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of heat treatment on the laser cladding layer microstructure,ordering and properties of the intermetallic compounds,the theoretical analysis and experimental verification were carried out using X-ray diffraction experiment and hardness test methods.Through the above experiment,the X-ray diffraction curve of the coated metal,the phase analysis results of the X-ray diffraction of the coated metal and the hardness test data of laser cladding layer were got.The results of the X-ray diffraction experiments showed that the NiAl phase got ordering while the Ni3Al phase did not get ordering in the laser cladding process.The Ni3Al phase got ordering after 4h heat treatment at 1000°C,and the ordering of NiAl phase was retained during the process.The hardness test results showed that the average hardness of the laser cladding alloy layer was 440HV and the average hardness of the coating was 412HV after the heat treatment,with hardness decreased.Heat treatment is conducive to the ordering of the phase of the Ni-Al metal compound,makes laser cladding defects disappear and release stress.
