基于激光后向散射测量蒸汽湿度的仿真研究

Simulation study on steam moisture measurement based on the method of optical back-scattering

  • 摘要: 为了研究测量湿蒸汽特性对汽轮机组正常运行的影响,采用了一种利用激光后向散射原理及联合CCD成像原理来测量湿蒸汽的新方法,得到湿蒸汽直径相关参量的测量结果。结果表明,通过仿真得到了尺寸参量、接收角度等参量对后向散射光强的影响,以及一些参量的最佳取值范围;当接收角度为180°和接收距离为0.5m时,能够得到较高的散射比例。这为实际测量提供了一定的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of wet steam characteristics on the normal operation of the steam turbine unit,a new method was proposed to measure the diameter of the wet steam based on laser scattering principle and co-CCD imaging principle.After simulation,the effect of the size parameter,acceptance angle and other parameters on the backscatter intensity was obtained,optimal parameters were known.When the acceptance angle is 180°and receiver distance is 0.5m,a higher proportion of the scattering can be obtained.The results can provide a good reference for actual measurements.
