Abstract
The technique of gifferential absorption lidar(DIAL) is applicable for probing chemical polluted gas.The basic principle of DIAL was introduced.The main parts of our specially designed DIAL as well as its working flows were also described.The emulation and simulation results of the lidar system were obtained.These results indicate that the performance of TEA CO2 laser source has much influence on the capabilities of the DIAL.
