Research on the method of creation of shocked trace during laser shock

In order to adapt to market competition needs of rapid product update of the modern manufacture and to achieve sheet metal production rapid,effective and low-cost requirements,according to the theory and characteristic of the creation of laser concussion,a new arithmetic based on the slicing technology of STL model was brought forward to achieve the auto-generation of laser head movementtrace in laser concussion.This technology can solve the problem of continuous process dusing laser concussion.The emulational result shows that the figuration dimensions of the cracked sheet metal basically satisfy requirements.This method is still in the phases of research and development.
