  • The mechanism of sudden change absorption loss in a sealed transverse-flow CO2 laser has been investigated. It indicates that the sudden change absorption of intracavity is caused by impurity gases released in operating laser.

Abstract: The mechanism of sudden change absorption loss in a sealed transverse-flow CO2 laser has been investigated. It indicates that the sudden change absorption of intracavity is caused by impurity gases released in operating laser.
