  • The design and adjustment of a miniaturized all solidstate circuit RF CO2 waveguide laser power supply is discussed in detail.Maximal output power of the power supply is 160 W,with frequency of 120 MHz in continuous wave mode and modulated frequency is 0 to 10 kHz,with rectangular wave width continually adjustable.
