Abstract:
Based on the development of the solid tuned lasers,such as Ti doped sapphire etc,in this area of tuned laser,there recently appears the developmental tendency to transfer from liquid (dye) laser to solid (transit ion or optical parameter oscillation)tuned laaer. This paper appraises the tendency and the developmental direction of all-solidified tuned laser.

Based on geometrical optical theory and beam optics, the design theory of conical defocusing gradient index fiber lens with spherical end surfaces is developed.The conical defocusing index fiber lens can be used as imaging element and laser beam transformation elements.

In this paper,the intrinsic structure defects of 1% Nd: YAP crystal core have been researched by using 60Co irradiation and spectrum measurement of positive electron life,named "immersion". The research results show that the "immersion" technique is a good method to improve structure defects of Nd:YAP crystal core.Annealing in 1100 hydrogen atmosphere for 10h has fade function,but additional action is permitted not to neglect.

This paper introduces a practical dielectric film beam splitter.The splitter has the properties of less energy absorption,higher optic damage threshold,good optical homogeneity and beam splitting with step ratio.It can be used in visible laser and Q-switch laser. This paper reports the measurement of absorption and small signal gain coefficients of the first triplet transition of the sodium dimer.The small signal gain coefficient is larger than the absorption coefficient in the whole spectral region,which also confirms the possibility of the laser oscillation in this region.

This paper introduces a simple and monolithic He-Ne laser with a tuned construction.The experimental results show that the laser can work at several wavelengths with the tuned construction,such as 543 nm(green),594 nm(yellow),605 nm,612 nm(orange),633nm and 640 nm(red).The output characteristics are discussed.

By means of laser holographic interferometry,the animal model of abutment fixed and vertically loading bridge has been experimentally tested.The distributive law of the abutment displacement before and after prosthesis is analyses.It is sure that the animal model is a ideal test model and laser holographic interferometry is an accurate and useful test method.

This paper introduces a method of Nd:YAP laser cauterization treatment of dry socket.The method shows excellent result.In treated 50 cases,the cure rate is high up to 100%.So the method is better than any others.
