Multifunction instrument for assembling optical head and its applications

This paper describes the necessity and the performances of a multifunc-tion instrument for assembling optical head.The design and assembly process of the in-strument are also introduced.At the end,several applications of the instrument during the course of research and assemble are illustrated.It's significant to actual work.
