A new scale distortion invariant pattern recognition method by fractional correlation

Abstract
The constraints between two units are analyzed.Based on the results and fractional correlation theory,a new scale distortion invariant pattern recongnition method is proposed.Simulation results show that when a scale distortion inputimage can't berightly recognized by the conventional correlation,it can be recognized well with the method.
