  • The polarization phenomenon of muscle tissue is discovered and the polarity is measured on the basis of diffraction fringe by He-Ne laser action it, using a device of light intensity distribution.A preliminary analysis has been made from the structure and chemical composition of the muscle tissue. It is shown that the polarization is caused by the structure of muscle fibre.
