Abstract
Rotating inclined optical parallel plate is a kind of optical microscanning method.In order to overcome rigorous requirement for size of optical parallel plate,a large step method of optical microscanning was proposed.Firstly,its effect on the image aliasing and modulation transfer function(MTF) of the detector was theoretically analyzed.Then,it was experimentally confirmed by quantitative comparison of super-resolution image quality.The results indicate that not only machining difficulty is reduced,but also the aliasing is restrained and the MTF is sustained by using the large step microscanning.
