Abstract:
Light detection and ranging (LiDAR) technology is an important tool for high-precision measurement of atmospheric parameters. With the advancement of laser technology, detector technology, and signal processing technology, LiDAR has shown broad application prospects in fields such as meteorological monitoring, climate research, and environmental management. In response to the current difficulties in daytime detection, the detection principle of LiDAR was introduced, and the influence of solar background radiation on LiDAR was discussed. Then, the research progress of various sky background suppression technologies for LiDAR at home and abroad were reviewed. Finally, the commonly used background radiation suppression methods were summarized, and the development prospects of daytime detection were predicted.
