基于简易实频法的声光偏转器电学带宽的设计与优化

Broadband design and optimization of acousto-optic deflector based on simplified real frequency technology

  • 摘要: 为了解决声光偏转器阻抗失配的问题,采用简易实频法,建立了换能器的互易无损二端口网络分析模型,并对宽带阻抗匹配电路中电子元件进行优化;以此为基础开展了中心频率165 MHz、目标带宽80 MHz声光偏转器宽带阻抗匹配的验证工作。结果表明,实验结果与理论仿真相符,其中封装的声光偏转器全带宽内衍射效率大于86.5%。这一结果对提升石英级声光偏转器整体性能参数是有帮助的,并能为激光精密微纳制造提供性能优越的无惯性高速扫描器件。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the impedance mismatch problem of acousto-optic deflector, a simple real frequency technology was used to establish a reciprocal lossless two port network analysis model of the transducer, and the electronic components in the broadband impedance matching circuit were optimized. On this basis, the verification of broadband impedance matching of acousto-optic deflector with center frequency of 165 MHz and target bandwidth of 80 MHz was carried out. The results show that, the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical simulation. The diffraction efficiency of the packaged acousto-optic deflector in the full bandwidth is more than 86.5%. This result has an effect on improving the overall performance parameters of the quartz level acousto-optic deflector, and can provide an inertial free high-speed scanning device with superior performance for laser precision micro nano manufacturing.
