  • The electronic ceramics consisting of Al2O3-WO3 system was synthesized by laser sintering technique.This material has negative temperature coefficient(NTC)and linear resistance-temperature(R-T)properties.In the range of 10℃ to 150℃。X-ray photographic powder analysis in dicated that the conducting phase in the specimen is AlxWO3─a nonequlibrium product.
