  • This paper reports that temperature distribution profiles in forward stagnation and wake region of CH4/AIR counter flow diffusion flame have been measured by USED CARS.The pyrolysis zone of CH4 is observed at the side with rich CH4 in the stagnation region.The flame temperature in wake region is higher than that in stagnation region.This means there are intermediate products that did not burned completely in the stagnation region.It is proved by emission spectra of C2 and CH4 in wake region,too.
