  • This paper introduces the design model of resonator for HF-excited TF-CO2 laser to provide the 1.5kW industrial applications.Here the three folded resonator structure is employed.According to the design,a experimental system is built to provide TEM00 and TEM01 mode with high power output over 1.5kW,and 1.63 mrad divergence angle,M2=1.70.
