Abstract
The acousto-optic switch based on optical-fiber fused null coupler is studied experimentally,a null coupler is fabricated,and a fiber acousto-optic switch with insertion loss,less than 0.2dB at 1550nm and coupled efficiency of 98% is realized.Because of its advantages,it is applicable in fiber telecommunication and detection.
