Study on properties of overlay in laser shock forming

  • The propeties of overlay in laser shock forming is summarized.Then the impact of its thickness,along with density,light transmittance,impedance,stiffness,content of hydroxide radicalm,anisortropy or isotropy on laser shock forming is analyzed.On the above basis,the ideal property of overlay in laser shock forming is put forward,and a new concept,manufacturing technology of overlay is set forth.In the view of making laser shocking process applicable,more attention showld be paid to the study of manufacturing technology of overlay.
