  • Growth of Nd:CNGG crystal is reported and its structure,transmission spectrum and laser oscillation properties are described.Employing a 1W laser diode as a pump source,when the pump power is 670mW,the output power of 123.1mW at 1.062μm is obtained with slope efficiency of 22.3%.Nd:CNGG crystal is expected to be a prospective LD-pumping solid-state laser material.
