  • The human serum polarization fluorescence spectra(SPFS) are excited with 488.0nm Ar-ion laser and collected between 495nm and 640nm both in horizontal and vertical polarization direction respectively.The bandwidth of the SPFS are calculated both in the full width at half maximum and 0.707 bandwidth in intensity.The SPFS from the abnormal are always wider than those from the healthy.However,the difference in the serum fluorescence spectra(SFS) is not obvious.This above result is a valuable reference in the future liver hypohepatia diagnosis.
