Calibration of 3-D measurement system using multi-sensor with line structured-illuminated laser

  • An easy and accurate method of system calibrating the 3-D optical multi-sensor profilometry with line structured-illuminated laser was proposed.This method can efficiently and fast carry out the transformation between CCD pixel coordinate and world coordinate while required only one measurement for the special model.Furthermore,it avoids the multifarious survey of the system parameters.As proved by experiments,the present method can effectively restrain the influence of speckle to the laser triangular measurement system and obtain calibration accuracy of about 0.05mm within 100mm depth range.
