  • The expression of the far-field light intensity of LD (laser diode) at any spatial location is deduced with Fourier transformation and conversion of coordinates.On this basis,the far-field light intensity distribution is analyzed while the posture of LD relative to origin O has rotated or translated.The theoretical basis has been provided for the testing of parameters like disperse angle and distribution of light intensity etc.of LD.

Abstract: The expression of the far-field light intensity of LD (laser diode) at any spatial location is deduced with Fourier transformation and conversion of coordinates.On this basis,the far-field light intensity distribution is analyzed while the posture of LD relative to origin O has rotated or translated.The theoretical basis has been provided for the testing of parameters like disperse angle and distribution of light intensity etc.of LD.
