Hardware correction for distortion of dual galvanometer scanning

  • Though analyzing the imaging theory of dual galvanometer scanning system,the distortion formula of the scanning system were educed.Based on the formula,one circuit was designed to correct the distortion and perfect pictures were achieved.This correcting technology has been used in laser marking systems.
