  • Temperature characteristics of a mini-TEA CO2 laser are tested experimentally and analyzed theoretically.The results show that under the temperature range considered,the laser output pulse energy decreases almost linearly as the gas temperature increases.

Abstract: Temperature characteristics of a mini-TEA CO2 laser are tested experimentally and analyzed theoretically.The results show that under the temperature range considered,the laser output pulse energy decreases almost linearly as the gas temperature increases.
