  • Scanning technique of CO2 laser imaging radar has become one of the key techniques used in cruise guide and control guide. This paper describes a disc,reflectve,computer-generated hologram grating scanner with scanning range of 10°×2°,resolution of 64 pixels per line, diffractive efficiency of 27.6% It is put forward that the computer-generated hologram grating scanner may become an efficient way to solve the scanning technique of CO2 laser imaging radar with the development of binary optical techniques and the state-of-art of manufacture.
