  • This paper introduces attenuated total reflection(ATR)method to study electrolysis of Cu in CuSO4 solution.By using the method,the influences of the distance and the voltage between electrodes,and the solution concentration on the electrolysis are studied.The thickness and complex dielectric constants of deposited copper film on electrode are calculated.It's easy to realize real-time and on-site measurement.
