  • This paper describes the theory of 2-D optical measurement in detail,points out the approximate relation between surface undulation and image of light spot,derives the accurate relation of all the components of triangulation device,and gives out the relation between the measuring range and the image of the light spot.At last,the possibility snd the method to adjust the measurement device is illustrated,according to the designed example.
