  • The purpose of the paper is to introduce a new technique of improving the laser alignment accuracy which is built on the basis that the laser beam drift can he described by trigonometrical functions under the certain conditions. The drift volume f(ι):of cach related point in a effective work area can be calculated.Finding the function f(ι):of each measured point in the length l,we can compensated the error of the measured point with the computer technique. So the measure and alignment accuracy can he improved. This technique is more flexible and convenient.

Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to introduce a new technique of improving the laser alignment accuracy which is built on the basis that the laser beam drift can he described by trigonometrical functions under the certain conditions. The drift volume f(ι):of cach related point in a effective work area can be calculated.Finding the function f(ι):of each measured point in the length l,we can compensated the error of the measured point with the computer technique. So the measure and alignment accuracy can he improved. This technique is more flexible and convenient.
