  • In this paper,the refraction indices of Ti:Mg:LiNbO3 crystal has been experimentally studied and the Sellmeir equations have been given out.By using the crystal and an audio-optical modulator,the frequency doubling from 1.064μm to 0.532μm at room temperature is well developed,the conversion efficiency is more than 50%.

Abstract: In this paper,the refraction indices of Ti:Mg:LiNbO3 crystal has been experimentally studied and the Sellmeir equations have been given out.By using the crystal and an audio-optical modulator,the frequency doubling from 1.064μm to 0.532μm at room temperature is well developed,the conversion efficiency is more than 50%.
