  • In this paper a broad waveguide CO2 laser excited transversely by radio frenquency(RF) is presented. The size of the waveguide is 2mm×30mm×400mm. Laser output power is over 100W and the efficiency is about 10%.

Abstract: In this paper a broad waveguide CO2 laser excited transversely by radio frenquency(RF) is presented. The size of the waveguide is 2mm×30mm×400mm. Laser output power is over 100W and the efficiency is about 10%.
