  • The damages of the dielectric mirrors from 2.94μm laser beams in YAG:Er3+ crystal wave investigated.The test results of different basis plate and coatings materials show that the damage is causesed by the large absorption of“OH”at 2.94μm wavelength (α=8000cm-1).So,it is important to select statable materials and coat waterproof protection film.
