  • A new design and preparation technique about the anti-reflective coating for SHG of KTP(KTiOPO4) crystals are introduced. The coating is composed of three different films with identical thickness.The preparation is relatively easy, with high reproducibility. The residual reflectivity of both 1.064μm and 0.532μm has been reduced to as low as 0.15%~0.20%.
