Mini ceramic sealed-off TEA CO2 laser (Part 1：theoretical analysis)

  • The selection of parameters for mini TEA CO2 laser is analysed. The experimental results for mini ceramic sealed-off TEA CO2 laser are given. The size of the device is φ62×190mm, the output energy of TEA00 mode 20mJ, pulse width 50ns, the operation life 106 times, the shelf life is longer than 10 years. The experiment in which the laser is mounted in a CO2 laser rangefinder has been carried out over one year. The experiment shows the perfermance of the laser is reliable and stable.
