  • This paper gives a device to obtain a single longitudinal mode pulsed laser beam.The hybrid TEA CO2 laser is a kind of laser that put a SLM CW CO2 laser and a TEA CO2 laser into one reson-a tor.The injection is internal so that the structure is simple and the operation is easy to be done.The expected results have been got and some improvement methods have also been put forward.
