  • In the paper the method is presented that measures the thickness of transparent medium by means of technology of the scattered laser-spot. The relationship between the thickness of test sample and the laser-spot replacement is turned out, the error of the measurement is discussed and the experimental results are compared with that of the mechanical method.

Abstract: In the paper the method is presented that measures the thickness of transparent medium by means of technology of the scattered laser-spot. The relationship between the thickness of test sample and the laser-spot replacement is turned out, the error of the measurement is discussed and the experimental results are compared with that of the mechanical method.
