Measurement of micro wedge angles of glass plates

  • A new experimental method for checking micro wedge angles of glass plates is presented. The method uses laser speckle technique to record the shift amount of speckle patterns due to micro wedge angles, and thus micro wedge cangles of the test piece are induced. The method is characterized by simple light, mon-contact and high accuracy.
