  • The multiplication noise current spectrum of avalanche photodiode and equivalent input noise current spectrum are briefly introduced. First,a short discussion of the temperature effect factors for avalanche photodiode has been made,giving stable methods.Finally,optimum stable bias circuit design is studied as well.
