  • For the sake of safety evaluation,methods of computation and measurement of laser radiant exposure (irradiance),the effect of atmospheric propagation on beam intensity distribution were discussed briefly in this paper.Using laser rangefinders as examples,the calculation values of radiant exposure were compared with those measured.
