Measurement about parameters of excimer laser cell with longitudinal e-beam excitation

  • Received Date: 1986-12-30
  • In the excimer laser cell with longitudinal e-beam excitation, the mag netic field monitored by a standard resistor or a probe coil with integrator are described.A graphite calorimeter is employed which measures the total e-beam energy. For monitoring the position of the e-beam in the cell, using the diazochrome film we have got the e-beam's spatial FWHM of 2.7cm.The Faraday probe, which consists of a concentric conductor with an impedance of 50Ω,is used to diagnose the temporal behavior of the e-beam pulse.

Abstract: In the excimer laser cell with longitudinal e-beam excitation, the mag netic field monitored by a standard resistor or a probe coil with integrator are described.A graphite calorimeter is employed which measures the total e-beam energy.
